We love to combine vibrant colors on a plate that will make you feel reluctant to 'destroy' the dish to eat it, but that's how it goes. It's not here to be displayed in a museum, it's served to be devoured and enjoyed 

After years of very sophisticated plating, with all the fine dining tricks and touches in form of endless components, edible flowers and microgreens, we recently scaled back.
An approach to more simplicity, yet still beautifully presented dishes executed with our main philosophy, fine dining made simple!
